I ordered 2 Seat Pets from the Seat Pets website and after a month I still don't have it. After looking into it I found that they shipped it without my street name, just the house number, city and zip. Customer service was horrible, Fed Ex couldn't help, and the local Post Office finally sent it back to Seat Pets after bouncing it between 3 different cities. I'm ordering them again, this time through Amazon, with high hopes because my kids REALLY want them. I really hope Grab A Deal doesn't disappoint. I will update my rating once I have the product in hand but so far so good!  - By
